Carolina Giret is a Paraguayan designer with over three decades of experience in artisanal fashion, recognized for her work in revalorizing traditional techniques such as ao po'i and handmade embroidery. Her fashion journey began at a very young age, working in her workshop and making garments for her mother's business, Toto Giret, one of the pioneers in the national and international commercialization of Paraguayan artisanal clothing. In this way, Carolina grew up surrounded by fabrics, embroideries, and designs, learning not only the craft but also the cultural and human value of craftsmanship.
Over the years, Carolina Giret developed her own identity in artisanal fashion, creating garments for men and women that combine tradition and contemporary design. Her collections have reached international markets such as Spain, Italy, Colombia, and Panama, and her garments have been presented at international fairs, where Paraguayan craftsmanship was always a protagonist through her designs.
